Role purpose
The Property Management Business Solutions Lead plays a crucial role, driving innovation and process improvement within the Property Management team. This position is instrumental in identifying, developing, and implementing strategic solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement across the shopping centre portfolio. The PM Business Solutions Lead drives the development of business solutions that steer operational excellence, while fostering a collaborative culture of continuous improvement and strategic problem-solving across the organisation.Please note this role is a parental leave contract until October 2027.
Key Accountabilities
Strategic Leadership
Lead the development and execution of business improvement strategies aligned with Vicinity's long-term vision
Cultivate a culture of creativity and business improvement through structured ideation processes
Drive the identification and implementation of solutions for core asset challenges.
Project & Solutions Delivery
Oversee end-to-end management of business solution projects from conception to implementation
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined success criteria
Optimise resource allocation and budget management for maximum ROI
Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful solution adoption
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
Foster strong relationships across National Asset Management Teams and Operations
Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful solution integration
Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice adoption across the organisation
Guide teams through transformative changes and continuous improvement initiatives
Experience & Capabilities
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE (what you have done)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Technology, or related field.
Proven track record in project management and solution delivery.
Demonstrated experience in leading business improvement initiatives.
Strong background in stakeholder management and change leadership.
CRITICAL KNOWLEDGE (what you need to know)
Comprehensive understanding of shopping centre management and operations.
Deep knowledge of business improvement methodologies and frameworks.
Proficiency in design thinking and lean startup principles.
Strong business acumen and market analysis capabilities.
