Role purpose
At Vicinity Centres, we're transforming the way Property Management services are delivered across our portfolio of leading retail destinations. As part of this journey, we're seeking two experienced PM Business Solutions Leads to drive key modernisation initiatives across our Property Management function.These roles will partner with business leaders and centre teams to identify opportunities, design future-state operating models, improve processes, and support the successful adoption of new ways of working.
Both positions report to the Head of PM Business Solutions and will play a critical role in delivering operational excellence and business transformation across the Property Management portfolio.
Please note these positions are initially for a six (6) month period.
Opportunity 1: PM Business Solutions Lead - Facilities Management
About the Role
As the PM Business Solutions Lead (Facilities Management), you will lead the Facilities Management Modernisation workstream, focusing on how facilities services are planned, procured and delivered across the portfolio. You'll help shape a future-state operating model that drives consistency, compliance, operational efficiency and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead process improvement and modernisation initiatives across Facilities Management operations.
Design and implement standardised service delivery models, contract management frameworks and operational processes.
Partner with Facilities Management, Centre Teams, Procurement, Risk and Technology stakeholders to deliver business solutions.
Develop best-practice operating procedures, playbooks and service standards.
Drive business readiness and change adoption across the portfolio.
Act as the voice of operational centre teams throughout the transformation process.
Ideal Background
Facilities Management operations, service delivery or FM contract management experience.
Experience within property, retail or multi-site environments.
Strong knowledge of FM service models, compliance and operational delivery.
Experience leading operational transformation or continuous improvement initiatives.
Opportunity 2: PM Business Solutions Lead - Financial Administration & Budget Optimisation
About the Role
As the PM Business Solutions Lead (Financial Administration & Budget Optimisation), you will lead the Financial Administration Modernisation workstream, driving improvements across budgeting, forecasting, financial administration, cost recovery and purchase-to-pay processes. You'll play a key role in simplifying and standardising financial operations across the portfolio while enabling more effective and scalable service delivery models.
Key Responsibilities
Drive transformation initiatives across budgeting, forecasting and financial administration processes.
Design future-state operating models and centralised service delivery approaches.
Identify opportunities to simplify and optimise end-to-end financial processes.
Partner with Finance, Financial Operations, Property Accounting, Procurement and Technology stakeholders.
Develop standardised budgeting, forecasting and cost management frameworks.
Support implementation, business readiness and adoption of modernised processes and systems.
Ideal Background
Financial administration, budgeting, forecasting or cost management experience.
Experience within property, retail or multi-site environments.
Knowledge of P2P, invoice management and cost recovery processes.
Experience leading finance transformation, operational improvement or shared services initiatives.
