Job Description

Discover new opportunities to build knowledge and support collaborative efforts while engaging in problem solving discussions. This role will involve developing expertise in Operational Technology Incident Management Operations, fostering growth and contribution in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance systems to align with evolving business requirements.
• Maintain applications and infrastructures in accordance with service level agreements.
• Define and review technical requirements focusing on integration, performance, quality, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cloud operations teams to manage infrastructure capacity and monitor key performance indicators.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational effectiveness.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Intermediate proficiency in Operational Technology Incident Management Operations.
• Intermediate proficiency in Operational Strategies.
• It is advantageous to have prior experience in relevant related skills.
• Assoc. Degree/College Diploma in relevant field of studies.

• Intermediate proficiency in Technology Service Design.
• Beginner proficiency in Risk Assessment.
• Intermediate proficiency in Process Improvement.
• Advanced proficiency in Data Analysis.
