Fi is looking for a Digital & Performance Designer!
We're looking for someone to own the look, feel, and performance of our paid and organic social assets and email creative. You'll turn campaign briefs into scroll-stopping, on-brand static content across Meta and beyond, plus the visuals behind our email marketing program. This is a hands-on, high-output role for someone who knows great design has to convert, not just look good, and has the performance data to back it up.
