Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $100,000 - $300,000, commensurate with experience and performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a book of business with a focus on large market accounts, generating revenue between $20,000 and $1 million+.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in property and casualty (P&C) insurance.
• Build strong relationships with clients, providing advisory services and tailored insurance solutions.
• Collaborate with internal account managers and administrative support teams to ensure seamless client service.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Meet or exceed sales targets, with a minimum expectation of pacing for $500,000 in revenue over three years.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in sales, with a proven track record of success in commercial insurance.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software preferred.
