Commercial Insurance Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Insurance Producer to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, craft tailored insurance solutions, and drive business growth. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.
- Evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage to properly protect their businesses.
- Collaborate with underwriters to develop customized policies that align with clients' specific requirements.
- Generate leads and prospect for new business opportunities using innovative strategies and personalized approaches.
- Maintain and cross-sell current accounts to ensure client satisfaction and additional product utilization.
- Provide exceptional service by addressing client questions, managing renewals, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with industry trends, changes in regulations, and competitive products to better serve clients and contribute to the team’s success.
- Maintain accurate client records in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in community and industry events to build brand awareness.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensing: Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
- Experience: Proven track record as an Insurance Producer or similar role, specializing in commercial client services.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and foster trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and sales abilities with a focus on client centricity.
- Comprehensive understanding of commercial insurance products, policies, and regulations.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and prioritize work effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, sales management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required; equivalent experience will be considered.
