Qualifications/Requirements

• Required: State insurance producer license (or ability to obtain one within 60 days).
• Experience: Proven experience in insurance sales, preferably in commercial insurance with a focus on transportation clients.
• Strong understanding of the transportation industry (e.g., trucking, logistics, freight) and its unique insurance challenges.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to connect with a diverse client base.
• Self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and other digital tools to track and manage client interactions.
