We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to join our engineering team, responsible for
leading the testing and validation of our manufacturing processes. The successful candidate
will have a strong background in testing and quality assurance, with experience in managing
test teams and developing test strategies. Key responsibilities in your new role Define and plan annual objectives for the organization, including resource allocation (human, financial, technical) to ensure efficiency Ensure the achievement of defined KPI targets and continuously improve processes, with regular reporting Develop and motivate subordinates to achieve better performance Maintain and enforce internal rules and regulations, documentary discipline, and protection of corporate property Comply with quality, safety, health, and environmental regulations Assess and mitigate risks in the area of responsibility Collaborate with related organizational units to define expectations and goals Stay up-to-date with new technologies and actively participate in projects Support zero-defect philosophies and provide technical guidance and professional background to subordinates Your profile You are a detail-oriented and results-driven Test Manager with a strong background in
testing and quality assurance. You possess excellent leadership and communication
skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team to achieve exceptional results.
You are a strategic thinker with a passion for process improvement and a keen eye for
quality. Qualifications and skills to help you succeed University or college degree in Engineering field, preferably in Electrical engineering Minimum 3-5 years experience gained in Metrology or Test engineering Minimum 3-5 years of managerial experience Knowledge of 6 Sigma, Lean, 5S, QMS Intermediate English language, native Hungarian #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
