Position Summary
At Light & Wonder, our people are at the heart of everything we do. As an HR Operations Associate, you'll be a key part of our EMEA People Solution Center, helping to deliver a seamless employee experience across multiple countries and supporting a workforce of over 1,000 employees.

What You'll Do
Act as a first point of contact for HR queries, providing a responsive and professional service to employees across the EMEA region.
Support employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding.
Administer HR processes, policies, and procedures across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local requirements and company standards.
Maintain accurate employee records across HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Coordinate onboarding activities, including new hire inductions and supporting managers to create a positive first-day experience.
Respond to employee enquiries within agreed service levels, delivering a consistent and positive employee experience.
Support Senior HR Specialists with projects, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist in ensuring compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and governance requirements throughout the EMEA region.
What You'll Bring
Previous experience in HR administration, HR operations, shared services, or a customer-focused administrative environment.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
A customer-first mindset and a genuine passion for delivering a great employee experience.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work across different teams and levels of the business.
Experience working with HR systems and employee data; experience with Workday would be an advantage.
Understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle activities, and data confidentiality requirements.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
High levels of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive information.
The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative global team.
