As an HR Associate Time and Absence Administrator at MKS, you will partner with all MKS employees to ensure regional time and absence compliance. In this role, you will report to the APAC Regional Payroll Manager.
You Will Make an Impact By:
• Administering time tracking and absence management modules in Workday, including running audits, responding to tickets, and troubleshooting errors
• Reaching out to employees, managers, and HR Partners to ensure time and absence information is submitted in a timely manner each pay period
• Conducting end user training and update materials based on changes in processes
• Monitoring time tracking and absence integrations for errors and assist with corrective actions/enhancements
• Serving as a subject matter expert and provide guidance, training, and support to HR teams and end-users on HR systems with emphasis on time and absence
• Assisting in the design, development, and delivery of HR reports
Skills You Bring:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Professional English abilities
Preferred Skills:
• Time and Absence administration experience
• Workday administration
• Process documentation
Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
• Perform activities such as sitting, standing, or typing for extended periods of time
• Regularly requires good manual dexterity and coordination
• Must be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand
• Must be able to exchange accurate information
• The ability to observe documents and details at close range (within a few feet of the observer)
• Operates in a professional office environment
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery
