HR Operations Associate – Maternity Cover

Support employees with HR inquiries by responding to questions related to HR policies, processes, employee data, benefits, and other HR topics. Investigate more complex requests and work with the appropriate HR teams to find solutions. Maintain accurate employee data by updating employee records in HR systems, reviewing information for accuracy, and making corrections when needed. Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, as well as employee changes such as promotions, transfers, and other employment updates. Provide guidance on HR policies and processes, helping employees understand procedures, available resources, and the steps they need to take. Support benefits administration by assisting with enrollments, changes, and employee questions, and working with internal teams or benefits providers to resolve issues. Coordinate with HR colleagues and other teams to ensure employee requests and HR processes are completed accurately and on time. Prepare HR reports and support data requests, helping provide accurate information for HR teams and business stakeholders. Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities to simplify HR processes, improve efficiency, and create a better employee experience. Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR operations and the way HR services are delivered to employees. Handle employee information with care and confidentiality, ensuring HR processes are completed in line with company policies and procedures. Ideally 1-2 years of experience in HR, HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or a similar role. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Good attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office is an advantage. A customer-focused mindset and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
