Job Title: Intelligence Management Specialist
Required Security Clearance: (TS/SCI)
Location: NGIC, Charlottesville, VA
Position Overview
Leidos is seeking an experienced Intelligence Management Specialist to serve as the central operational and administrative support node for the FUSION analytical workforce at the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC). This key‑personnel role manages the flow of taskings, RFIs, reports, briefings, correspondence, and intelligence products—ensuring analysts, engineers, scientists, and mission leaders can focus on operational execution. The Specialist also supports the responsible use of AI‑enabled tools and automation to enhance workflow visibility, information management, and dissemination.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage and track intelligence taskings, RFIs, formal actions, reports, briefings, and correspondence from receipt through completion.
- Support efficient information flow across the Program Management Office and analytical workforce.
- Coordinate executive‑level meetings, briefings, read‑ahead packages, visitors, and official functions.
- Provide secure cross‑domain transfer and intelligence dissemination support.
- Apply authorized AI‑enabled tools and automation to improve workflow tracking, administrative quality, and information management.
Specific Duties
- Receive, log, route, monitor, and close RFIs, formal taskings, reports, and briefing requirements.
- Review documents for administrative accuracy; consolidate inputs and format products to established standards.
- Prepare read‑ahead books, briefing materials, meeting packages, and executive correspondence.
- Coordinate visitor access, meeting logistics, calendars, action items, staffing rosters, deployment schedules, and administrative requirements.
- Maintain task trackers, online archives, records, and folder structures in accordance with Government procedures.
- Support cross‑domain transfers and dissemination across JWICS, SIPRNet, NIPRNet, and other authorized systems.
- Assist with staffing reports, CDRLs, metrics, in‑processing, out‑processing, travel coordination, and IT service requests.
- Use approved AI‑assisted tools to improve document quality, task triage, workflow tracking, and information retrieval.
- Validate AI‑assisted outputs for accuracy, classification, sourcing, and compliance prior to use or dissemination.
Basic Qualifications
- Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility at time of hire.
- Ability to work full‑time on‑site at NGIC in Charlottesville, VA, beginning Day 1.
- Ability to comply with all security, intelligence oversight, information‑handling, and training requirements.
- Master’s degree in intelligence, information management, business, national security, or related field; bachelor’s degree with additional experience may be considered.
- Twelve (12) years of relevant experience in intelligence management, production management, executive operations, knowledge management, or mission support.
- Experience managing RFIs, taskings, reports, briefings, correspondence, and classified production workflows.
- Experience preparing executive‑level briefings, read‑ahead packages, meeting materials, and formal correspondence.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint or similar collaboration tools, and classified information systems.
- Experience conducting or supporting cross‑domain transfer and intelligence dissemination procedures.
- Working knowledge or training in approved AI‑enabled productivity, information‑management, or analytic‑support tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting NGIC, INSCOM, DIA, Army G‑2, or other Defense Intelligence Enterprise organizations.
- Experience supporting a program management office for a large intelligence contract.
- Experience with DTS support, foreign disclosure coordination, knowledge management, or records management.
- Experience supporting General Officer, SES, or equivalent senior leadership.
- Experience applying automation, generative AI, or data visualization to workflow or information‑management challenges.
- Knowledge management or records‑management certification.
- Intelligence Fundamentals Professional Certification (IFPC).

This position is contingent upon contract award and requires full‑time, on‑site support at NGIC. Off‑site work is subject to Government approval.

Pay Range:
