Description
We’re working with an established construction company looking to add a hands-on Controller to their team. This person will report directly to ownership and oversee the company’s accounting and financial operations.
Responsibilities
-
Monthly financial reporting and month-end close
-
WIP reporting and revenue recognition
-
Job costing and profitability analysis
-
Cash flow management and forecasting
-
Oversight of AP and AR
-
Banking relationships and financial reporting
-
Work with outside CPA on tax, audit and year-end reporting

Maintain accounting processes, controls and compliance
-
Provide financial reporting to ownership and project management
What They’re Looking For
-
Strong construction accounting background
-
Experience with WIP, job costing and construction financial reporting

Experience with ERP/accounting systems
-
Construction experience strongly preferred
-
Hands-on approach with the ability to work directly with ownership and operations
