The Role In this role, you will support Senior Leaders across the organization by using data analysis to improve operational capabilities (onshore and offshore), increase efficiency and effectiveness, and help ensure the successful implementation of departmental initiatives. You will provide leadership and actively participate in projects and cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize complex business processes. You will also be responsible for in-depth research and analysis, developing robust, fact-based reporting to support change, and creating materials to support communications, training, and adoption of desired outcomes. Within the first 90 days, you will be expected to build relationships with key stakeholders, develop an in-depth understanding of relevant systems, and analyze data to provide insights, identify opportunities for improvement, and track progress. You can expect to work closely with senior stakeholders and project teams to turn data into insights that drive operational improvements, support change initiatives, and enable better decision-making across the organization.
We will count on you to:
- Demonstrate strong data collection and analytical skills
- Maintain excellent organizational skills and a strong eye for detail to assess data sets for trends and forecasting
- Apply strong problem-solving capabilities and process large volumes of information to add value to the business
- Communicate insights clearly, including presenting data in a storytelling format for management audiences
- Bring experience in data and capacity modelling to support business outcomes
- Develop materials to support communications, reporting, and training based on analysis outcomes
- Challenge existing practices, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions
- Support data quality initiatives and continuously refine metrics and insights
- Lead by example, serving as a role model and maintaining high ethical standards
- Monitor external trends and best practices and implement appropriate action plans
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics/statistics or a finance-related degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, P&C, or industry services
- Advanced technology skills, with expertise in Excel
- Deep curiosity and interest in understanding the business
- Strong knowledge of roles, process, and technology
- Excellent communication skills
- Aptitude for learning and teaching

Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.The applicable base salary range for this role is $82,500 to $175,600.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
