How would you like to join the group involved in the Procure 2 Pay process for the LEGO organization? You will have a meaningful role within Business Service Operations covering all our global locations.
Core Responsibilities
Be a change management driver, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing purchasing support team, creating an environment where people can thrive and grow.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data, analytics, and automation with relevant stakeholders.
Build future-ready capabilities within the team, focusing on digital skills, problem-solving and business partnering.
Partner with Procurement, Finance, Technology, and Business Process Improvement teams to optimize end-to-end processes.
Ensure strong operational performance while maintaining compliance with company policies and controls.
Lead and support global projects that improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience with open mind set.
Input into the continuous improvement of the supplier onboarding process, methodologies, and governance processes to ensure alignment with business
objectives, regulatory requirements, and procurement policies.
Drive and manage the future plan not only within a Team also a stream level globally.
Manage multiple tasks successfully in a hectic working day with analytical skills within a deadline.

The team is part of the Procure 2 Pay process for the LEGO group and holds an important role within the Business Service Operations covering EMEA. Entering the LEGO organisation means that you will build your capabilities in a global organisation getting hands-on experience with global tasks, day-to-day challenges and via collaboration with the broader organisation. Do you have what it takes?
A problem-solver with a structured and detail-oriented mindset.
University degree or above
Advance level of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, word and eager to learn Power BI and other digital tools.
A collaborative team player with good communication skills across all organizational levels.
Curious about how global businesses manage supplier relationships and contracts.
Strong continuous improvement attitude with a passion for challenging situation.
Experience within Shared Services, Finance Operations, or Source-to-Pay environments.
Experience driving automation, digital transformation, or process optimization initiatives.
Collaborative, curious, and courageous player who inspires others to embrace change.
Excellent Time management and Project management skills independently.
• SAP (S4 HANA or implementation) or other large-scale ERP required.
