Goals – In Three Months

• Individually contribute at Command Centre and streamline operations/reporting with minimal supervision
• One big win with Insights driving actionability towards Media, Communication, Campaign
• Learning / Certifications

Goals – In Six Months

• Identify and integrate additional data sources to add richness to Insights and Strategy
• Execute 3 critical campaigns from conceptualization to delivery, integrating Media and Communication

• Emerge as the go-to person both internally and amongst clients for digital solutions
• Become proficient in escalation handling and resolving conflicts

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate / Post Graduate – Management / Statistics / Research
• Awareness of the latest tools & innovative research methodologies
• Around 1–2 years of relevant experience in analytics
• Experience in a market research firm, a market intelligence division of an IT MNC or software industry, looking to further their career in consulting and advisory
• Experience in the FMCG / Banking / Financial Services industry with marketing and product management portfolios is advantageous
• Good research skills, including data processing; experienced in applying professional consulting and research models
• Effective verbal and written communication when presenting / packaging research deliverables to clients and the public
• Numerically inclined and extremely comfortable in a data-intensive role
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English
• Excellent in executing tasks in an orderly, organized and structured fashion
• Able to multitask and meet demanding timelines and customer expectations
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and master new areas quickly
• Excellent PowerPoint skills
