Description
Join our team as a Senior Information Technology professional. Drive IT initiatives, support business operations, manage technology solutions, and contribute to digital transformation projects in a dynamic work environment.
Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Daily technical support and administration of network equipment, asset management, resolution of incident ticket and change request
- Provide 24x7 response, 2nd tier technical support, analysis, escalation and resolution for reported incidents
- Perform preventive maintenance and performance tuning on network
- Liaise with cabling contractors to support passive cabling requirement and inspection upon job completion,
- Document network infrastructure with FNT documentation tool
- Project support of network work package, lead in local projects to ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within project scope and budget
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Degree holder in relevant fields
- At least three to five (3-5) years direct practical experience in network infrastructure support
- Knowledge and experience in structured cabling and coordination with cabling vendor
- Proficient in network configuration and implement network design base on standard design without guidance
- Cisco Certified Network Associate/Professional (CCNA/CCNP) preferred
- Good communication skills - both written and verbal in English
