WORK YOU’LL DO

As a Data & AI Strategy & Consulting Manager / Senior Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, shaping and leading complex Data & AI transformation agendas. You will lead multidisciplinary teams from strategy through execution, helping clients define their Data & AI ambition, identify and prioritize high-value AI and GenAI opportunities, redesign business processes and operating models, and translate innovation into measurable business outcomes. You will combine strategic thinking, technology fluency and strong delivery leadership to scale Data & AI initiatives across the enterprise.

Leading Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of comprehensive enterprise Data & AI strategies, including AI maturity assessments, strategic roadmaps, GenAI and Agentic AI opportunities, operating model design and value realization frameworks.

• Advise senior executives and business leaders on how Data & AI can reshape business models, customer journeys, operations and enterprise capabilities.

• Lead complex, multi-workstream Data & AI transformation programs from strategy and business case through implementation, adoption and value realization.

• Identify and prioritize high-value use cases, balancing business impact, feasibility, data readiness, risk and scalability.

• Shape AI-enabled business process reinvention and target operating models, helping clients move beyond automation toward end-to-end transformation.

• Create innovative and differentiated offerings, staying relevant and in sync with market demand and technology evolution.

• Leverage Accenture’s international assets, industry expertise and ecosystem capabilities to bring differentiated perspectives and solutions to clients.

• Own and challenge business cases, investment roadmaps and value tracking approaches to support senior-level investment decisions.

• Lead and coach multidisciplinary teams across business, Data, AI and technology, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong collaboration.

• Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities, shaping propositions, leading proposals and supporting account growth.

• Build trusted, long-term client relationships and represent Data & AI Strategy & Consulting in executive forums and strategic discussions.

WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, economics, or equivalent field.

• 8-10+ years of relevant experience in consulting firms, technology organizations or large international companies, with a strong track record in Data, AI and enterprise transformation.

• Ability and willingness to travel in Greece and internationally.

• Strong understanding of emerging technology trends (Data, AI, GenAI, Agentic AI) and their impact on enterprise strategy, operating models, business processes and workforce.

• Hands-on experience using leading commercial AI and GenAI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise or equivalent), with the ability to apply them in day-to-day consulting, analysis, solution shaping, and delivery activities.

• Proven experience in developing and owning business cases, transformation roadmaps and value realization plans that are detailed, actionable and aligned with industry best practices.

• Strong business acumen and the ability to connect strategic business priorities with Data & AI capabilities and investment choices.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.

• Knowledge of and passion for technology and digital trends.

• Executive presence and strong stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and communicate complex topics in a clear, business-oriented way.

• Demonstrable experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams, coaching junior leaders and taking accountability for the quality and outcomes of strategy and transformation work.

• Demonstrable experience in client development, proposition shaping and proposal leadership, with the ability to identify and convert Data & AI opportunities into executable transformation programs.
