- Support civil and environmental engineering projects across energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors
- Contribute to site/civil design, stormwater engineering, remediation, erosion control, and water management initiatives
- Collaborate with planners, scientists, and engineers to deliver integrated, high-quality solutions across projects and geographies
What You’ll Bring
Required
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Civil, Environmental, Geotechnical, or related engineering field, or equivalent experience
- Recent graduate to 2 years of relevant experience
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills for effective collaboration
- Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to research and prepare technical memorandums, field reports, and report sections
- This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship
Preferred
- Prior internship or professional experience in civil/environmental engineering
- Willingness to travel for field work
Key Responsibilities
- Work in a remote/hybrid environment, maintaining clear communication on schedules, deliverables, and priorities
- Assist in civil/environmental design and project support, including:
- Site plans
- Erosion and sediment control plans
- Stormwater management plans
- Permit application preparation
- Participate in field work, sampling, construction monitoring, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with ERM’s world-class Health and Safety Program
For the Consulting Senior Associate, Engineer position, the anticipated annual base pay is $75,700–$93,300 (USD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay subject to the sole discretion of ERM and its policies and procedures (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible).
