The Opportunity

Continental Cars Porsche are seeking a professional and customer‑focused Service Advisor to join our high‑performing Newmarket Service team.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be the key link between our customers and workshop, ensuring an exceptional service experience from booking to vehicle handover.

In this role, you will manage service enquiries, support daily workshop flow, coordinate bookings and loan cars, prepare job cards, process invoices, and provide efficient follow‑up to keep our service department running smoothly.

The ideal candidate

We are seeking someone who brings:

• Experience in automotive service or customer service (luxury brand experience advantageous).
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time‑management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• High computer literacy and confidence working across multiple systems.
• A proactive, positive attitude and strong customer focus.
