WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process -- from write-up through vehicle return

• Translate technical repair findings into clear, confident communication -- setting accurate expectations and earning authorization through honest recommendations

• Build precise estimates, commit to realistic timelines, and follow through on every promise made

• Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep repair workflows moving efficiently and on schedule

• Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety and vehicle performance

• Maintain accurate records in the DMS and uphold all documentation and compliance standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ year of service advisor, hospitality, or guest-facing sales experience preferred -- candidates from strong customer service backgrounds encouraged to apply

• Honda or Japanese brand experience a plus -- product knowledge is trainable, people skills are not

• Clear, composed communicator who follows through without gaps and earns guest trust through consistency rather than personality alone

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail -- accurate estimates and realistic timelines are non-negotiable

• Self-motivated with a genuine drive to build a long-term book of returning guests

• Comfortable with DMS platforms or quick to learn them

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
