your field. Over 18 months, you'll embark on a journey that takes you to at

least three different assignments at three different departments, including one

abroad. As a global company with a local presence, Infineon offers a unique

part of. This program is designed to give you a deep understanding of our

company, its operations, and yourself as well, given you’ll become aware of

what are your strengths and weaknesses by working on different departments.  Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Sales and Business Development Support account managers in managing strategic customer relationships. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities across target market

segments. Conduct market and competitive analyses to support growth strategies. Assist in customer engagements, business reviews, and sales planning

activities. Support demand forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity

tracking. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are

effectively addressed. Prepare customer presentations, business cases, and management reports. Application Marketing Insights Support the development of application-focused marketing strategies for

key market segments.  Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive

positioning. Collaborate with product marketing, application engineering, and sales

teams. Assist in defining value propositions and go-to-market strategies. Support customer workshops, industry events, and product launches Develop marketing collateral, presentations, and application success

stories. Contribute to market sizing and business opportunity assessments. Learning Outcomes Deep understanding of semiconductor applications and market ecosystems Strategic marketing and value proposition development. Customer-centric solution positioning and commercialization Digital Customer Interface Support initiatives that enhance digital customer engagement and

experience. Analyze customer interaction data to identify improvement

opportunities. Collaborate with digital sales, e-commerce, CRM, and customer

experience teams. Support implementation of digital tools and customer-facing platforms. Monitor digital performance metrics and prepare management insights. Participate in digital transformation and process improvement projects Assist in developing customer journey maps and engagement strategies. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  You are curious and interested in a broad range of

Plus, you fulfill the following qualifications: You have a  degree in BE in Electronics and Communication or Electricals MBA (Sales or Marketing) is must. You thrive in an agile working environment, effortlessly adapting and collaborating with others to achieve shared goals. Speak and write fluent English If this is
