International Graduate Program (IGP) - Automotive Marketing Engineer

As an Automotive Marketing Engineer IGP, you will be responsible for automotive applications and product lines.

The International Graduate Program (IGP) at Infineon is a unique opportunity to fast-track your development and become a future expert in your field. Over 18 months, you'll embark on a journey that takes you to at least three different assignments at three different departments, including one abroad. As a global company with a local presence, Infineon offers a unique blend of international collaboration and regional expertise which you’ll become part of. This program is designed to give you a deep understanding of our company, its operations, and yourself as well, given you’ll become aware of what are your strengths and weaknesses by working on different departments.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Product Management: Be responsible for automotive applications and product lines
• Market Strategy: Understand automotive application requirements in Asia Pacific in order to align with Infineon's global Go-To-Market (G2M) strategy and drive it regionally
• Stakeholder Management: Be responsible for communicating and aligning with different functions, product lines
• Market Intelligence: Learn and understand current and future automotive market trends
• Pricing Strategy: Develop and evaluate pricing strategies and structures for Asia Pacific region
• Brand Management: Design, develop and implement communication programs to advertise Infineon products/brand/services using media (e.g. print, broadcast, digital, events, and sales promotions)

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering
• Technical Background: Less than 3 years work experience, entry level candidates with interest in Engineering are welcome to apply
• Analytical Thinking: Strong data skills to apply them to create overall Regional Strategy
• Communication: Clear and concise communicator to guide and enable Field Application Engineer and Account Manager with product based G2M collaterals
• Positive Attitude: Proactive, self-motivated and eager to learn
• Adaptability: Thrive in an agile working environment, adapt to changing priorities
• Team Collaboration: Work closely together and contribute effectively within a team environment
• Language: Speak and write fluent English
