Through this one-year fast-track management program, highly motivated graduates discover the diversity of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. With 3 assignments in different teams and great international exposure, the program is tailored to push you out of your comfort zone and to empower you to become a future leader. You are the right person for this position if :
Must have
- You hold a master’s degree from a top-ranked business or engineering school
- You have strong analytical skills & business sense (financial analysis, business modeling)
- You have excellent communication skills
- You are not afraid to bring your own ideas and challenge the status quo
- You show enthusiasm, passion, and drive in the projects you undertake
- You are naturally curious about the real estate industry and its challenges
- You have a genuine interest for international mobility
- You have a fluent command of business-level French and English. Knowledge of an additional European language would be a plus.

What to expect regarding the recruitment steps?
Our goal is to offer you a fast and diversified process that will allow you to have a 360° vision of the Group in order to move forward in an informed way. Our ambition is to offer you a transparent and benevolent process that is constructive, despite the outcome of the exchanges!
- Step 1: Complete our technical assessments to showcase your skills.
- Step 2: A one-hour HR interview to get to know each other better and discuss your background, motivations, and career aspirations.
- Step 3: Spend an immersion day with the team, including two 45-minute interviews and the opportunity to discover our environment firsthand.
- Final step: Receive feedback at the end of the immersion day and, if it's a match, start your onboarding journey with us! 🚀
Our benefits
Package: €48,000 gross per year, plus an annual variable bonus, profit-sharing and participation schemes.
Transport : Betterway to choose your mobility (100% of the navigo pass reimbursed or €650 if you choose electric mobility), a green mobility offer (fleet of electric bikes)
