[LATAM or Non-LATAM] Advanced Designer VA

We are looking for a top-notch, highly creative Advanced Designer VA to take our brands social media presence to the next level. If youre not just a designer but a visual storyteller with strong creative instincts, we want to meet you.

Schedule:

• Full-time hours, generally aligned with regular US business hours
• Flexibility required for urgent tasks or occasional weekend work

Key Responsibilities:

• Design graphics for ads, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Assist with website design and updates.
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT for research, ideation, and content support.
• Edit videos and graphics using Cap Cut.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and act as her admin support when needed.
• Communicate clearly and proactively with the team.

Required Skills & Software Proficiency:

• Canva (must be advanced)
• Adobe Photoshop (desired)
• ChatGPT or similar AI tools (must know how to leverage AI for design and content creation)
• CapCut for video editing and graphics management
• Strong understanding of web design basics
  
  Qualifications & Attributes:
  
  Highly organized, flexible, and able to work under pressure
  Excellent communication skills in English
  Experience working with real estate, influencers, or coaching clients is a plus
  Quick learner, able to interpret brand guidelines and design preferences
  Portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity is required
  
  IMPORTANT NOTE: Multiple steps may be involved to ensure a strong fit for this high-intensity role. Any relevant social media design samples. Candidates should be prepared for a possible working interview to showcase skills and brand alignment.

PAY is 1700 per month. Max cap at 2k per month.
