Position: Marketing Specialist
Location: Available for Mexico, LATAM & the Philippines
Schedule: Part-Time to start, with flexible hours aligned with U.S. Mountain Time (MT)
Compensation: $10/hour
Opportunity: Part-Time with potential to transition to Full-Time
Position Overview
We are looking for a creative, resourceful Marketing Wizard to elevate our real estate client's marketing presence. This role is ideal for someone with strong creative instincts, social media experience, and the ability to turn ideas into polished marketing materials.
The right candidate should have a portfolio or examples of previous work, understand visual branding, and ideally have experience in the real estate industry.
Responsibilities
Manage and create content for social media platforms.
Edit photos of real estate projects and properties using common editing tools.
Create marketing materials such as postcards, flyers, business cards, and promotional graphics.
Help develop creative ideas and improve the client's current marketing materials and overall brand presence.
Maintain consistent visual quality and branding across marketing channels.
Assist with digital marketing and content creation as needed.
Explore and implement new tools and creative approaches to improve marketing results.
Collaborate directly with the client to bring marketing ideas to life.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience as a Social Media Manager, Marketing Specialist, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
Experience in real estate marketing is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of social media content and trends.
Familiarity with common photo and graphic editing tools.
Strong creative vision and attention to detail.
Portfolio or examples of previous marketing/design work.
Basic web development experience is a plus.
Familiarity with Vibe Coding or AI-assisted development tools is preferred.
Self-motivated, creative, and comfortable working independently.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
