We are currently seeking a highly motivated Remote Acquisitions Associate to support our acquisitions team by keeping our pipeline organized, underwriting properties, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring every opportunity is managed efficiently.
Position Overview
The Acquisitions Associate plays a vital role in supporting our acquisitions process from lead intake through contract preparation. This position is ideal for someone with prior experience working for a U.S.-based real estate investment company, particularly in acquisitions, who understands investment analysis and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities without constant supervision. Strong English communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Underwrite incoming property leads using comparable sales and market data.
- Pull comparable sales and estimate After Repair Value (ARV) using PropertyMachine and other available resources.
- Analyze repair estimates and investment opportunities.
- Assist with preparing purchase offers.
- Maintain an organized acquisitions pipeline within REsimpli.
- Follow up promptly with sellers and leads.
- Ensure all tasks, appointments, and deadlines are completed on time.
- Update REsimpli daily with accurate notes, statuses, and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate with title companies, contractors, and internal team members as needed.
- Assist with marketing and lead management activities when requested.
- Communicate proactively regarding project updates, obstacles, or changing priorities.
- Help ensure no acquisition opportunity falls through the cracks.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working for a U.S.-based real estate investment company (required).
- Experience supporting an acquisitions team.
- Solid understanding of:
- Wholesale real estate
- Fix-and-flip investing
- Buy-and-hold investment strategies
- Ability to underwrite investment properties using comparable sales.
- Strong understanding of:
- ARV (After Repair Value)
- Repair estimates
- Investment analysis
- Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills and little to no accent.
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Comfortable learning new software and systems.
- Ability to work independently while providing consistent updates.
- Reliable computer with high-speed internet connection.

- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Compensation
$10 - $11 per hour based on experience. Plus tiered commission starting at $300
Note: A one-hour unpaid lunch break applies Monday through Friday.
