What You'll Do
- Manage project set-up, billing, and budgets in Deltek Vision
- Guide Project Managers with financial insights and risk analysis
- Communicate directly with clients on invoicing and financial matters
- Own revenue recognition, collections, and policy compliance
- Train teams on best practices to ensure consistency and accuracy
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in a project accounting or controller role
- Deltek Vision experience is required
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Bachelor's in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proactive, independent, and solutions-focused mindset
