Executive Secretary - Patient Care Services

Work Shift:

Day - 8 Hour (United States of America)Organizes day-to-day activities and implements a schedule to assure a smooth operation for the Chief Nursing Officer and functions as Executive Secretary for Nursing Administration, and coordinates relationship between the CNO and Clinical Directors, Nurse Managers, and all nursing personnel.

Education & Training:
High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Experience:
5 years Administrative/Executive secretarial experience.

Required Certification/Registration/Licensure:
None.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of work processing equipment and business machines. Must be able to use other office machinery to include multi-line telephone, copier, fax machines, and computer printer.
