Objective of the position:
Develop and implement the Human Resources strategies and programs for Unionized and Non-unionaized personnel for Planta Toluca, based on DVCM guidelines and policies in order to guarantee in quantity and quality the appropriate personnel, within a working climate conducive to support the achievement and objectives of the company, as well as ensuring compliance with local legislation and normativity.
Indispensable Requirements (Candidates who do not meet these requirements may be discarded):
- More than 3 years of experience on related HR processes
- Knowledge in Mexican Labor Law
- Knowledge in Personnel Administration and Payroll
- Knowledge in Training and development
- Organizational Culture
- English Level: B2-C1 Conversational

Main Functions:
- Coordinate and advise on the development strategies for unionized and non-unionized personnel generating synergy between the locations, in order to ensure to align competencies with the vision and objective of the business.
- Establish KPI's for Human Resources aligned with the strategic indicators of the plant, in order to facilitate the decision-making of the Toluca Plant
- Establish and meet the training requirements, in order to provide the knowledge tools to the employees to develop the necessary skills to perform their job, according to the needs of the company.
- Negotiate in conjunction with the Human Resources Plant Manager, the collective bargaining agreement, in order to guarantee a fair income for the unionized personnel and an adequate cost to the company.
- Attend and follow up on all issues related to the Union in order to comply with the Internal Labor Regulations (RIT) and LFT as well as to promote constant communication while maintaining a good working environment.
- Coordinate vacancy coverage for unionized, in order to attract qualified staff according to business needs
- Implement the necessary actions to fulfill all Government requirements STPS (Labor Ministry), SAT (Tax authorities), as well as ensure that all employees and processes in HR are compliant under OEA's requirements for product exportation.
