The Talent Acquisition Director will lead and oversee full-cycle recruitment delivery across multiple functions in a high-volume BPO environment. This role is accountable for building scalable hiring strategies, driving recruitment performance, and ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements while maintaining quality, cost efficiency, and strong candidate experience. The role partners closely with Operations, Workforce Management, HR Business Partners, and Senior Leaders to support business growth, client commitments, and workforce plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy

• Define and execute the overall Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business goals, growth plans, and client requirements.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for volume hiring, support and leadership positions.

• Translate workforce forecasts into actionable hiring plans across sites and functions.

• Provide market intelligence and hiring insights to leadership (talent availability, salary benchmarks, sourcing risks).

Recruitment Operations & Delivery

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment performance, ensuring SLAs are met for time-to-fill, hiring volume, and quality.

• Standardize recruitment processes, governance, and best practices across sites.

• Ensure effective utilization of ATS, sourcing tools,and recruitment technologies.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and leverage AI and technology  to enhance speed, quality of hire, and candidate experience

People Leadership

• Guide, support, and foster the professional growth of the entire talent acquisition team.

• Build a high-performing, metrics-driven recruitment organization.

• Set clear KPIs and performance expectations aligned with business priorities.

• Strengthen recruitment capability through training, coaching, and succession planning.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a strategic partner to Operations, HRBPs, Finance, and Workforce Management.

• Manage hiring manager expectations and influence decision-making using data and best practices.

• Support client-facing hiring requirements where applicable.

Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline

• Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen market presence and candidate attraction.

• Build sustainable talent pipelines through referrals, job boards, campus hiring, partnerships, and vendor management.

• Oversee recruitment marketing and engagement programs to support volume and niche hiring.

Vendor & Cost Management

• Manage recruitment vendors and partners, ensuring performance, compliance, and cost efficiency.

• Monitor recruitment spend and optimize cost-per-hire.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure recruitment practices comply with Philippine labor laws, data privacy regulations, and company policies.

• Mitigate hiring risks and ensure ethical recruitment standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• Proven experience leading end-to-end Talent Acquisition in a high-volume BPO.

• Demonstrated expertise across all Talent Acquisition functions, including Strategic Sourcing, Volume Hiring, and Corporate & Leadership Hiring.

• Proven experience leading recruitment operations, workforce planning, and delivering hiring performance through data-driven strategies.

• Experience leveraging ATS, recruitment technologies, and AI-powered tools to enhance sourcing, recruitment efficiency, and the candidate experience.

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to influence senior business leaders and drive organizational goals
