Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Management - Supplier Operations Support

What you'll do...

In this role, you will be responsible for performing business analytics, process improvement, and working cross functionally to drive resolution for our associates. You will need to have a strong knowledge of the transportation industry and asset perspective. You will also need to demonstrate up-to-date expertise and be able to apply this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices.  

What you’ll be doing…

• Acting as the SME for Shipping and Routing Guide and training Specialists on the team. Researching and analyzing root cause of daily and escalated exceptions concerning orders or transportation related opportunities.
• Implementing business processes and improvement strategies by staying up to date on supply chain and replenishment processes and procedures. 
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions.  Providing recommendations to reduce process waste and provide opportunities for cost reductions and process efficiencies.
• Developing reporting capabilities for team’s effectiveness managing the ticketing process (productivity, SLA, reduction of specific ticket types, etc.)
• Ensuring all stakeholders execute solutions based on an agreed upon timeline.

• Performing data analytics to identify opportunities that are impactful to the operation, highlighting insights to drive action and drive positive impact to the bottom line. 
• Working closely within the department to understand inefficiencies within current systems/ processes, working cross functionally to help align on strategies to drive improvement for our associates. 
• Creating SOP’s and trainings for the team as needed.  

You’ll sweep us off our feet if…

• 2+ years of experience in Replenishment/Transportation Management, Inventory Management, or related retail operations.
• Experience creating and maintaining dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with analytical and query-based tools such as SQL, Python, or other data analysis platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools that support data analysis, automation, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with Walmart systems and applications, including WTMS, Transom, Blue Yonder, Retail Link, or similar supply chain and merchandising platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support business decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications...

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
