Senior Manager, Marketing Finance, Investment Management

Job Description Summary:

As a Senior Investment Management Manager, you will be responsible for developing and monitoring annual revenue/expense budgets, analyzing variances, forecasting annual results, and recommending budgetary policies and procedures. You will have a significant impact on our organization, responsible for functional or operational areas, and managing projects or processes.

What You’ll Do for Us

• Align with Resource Allocation direction, balancing short-term and long-term System needs for HSCT (Hydration, Sports, Coffee and Tea), and Develop Reporting on investment levels and ROI metrics based on campaign period.
• Act as the Finance Business Partner for PACS and Human Insights teams, providing financial stewardship across key initiatives and ensuring resources are allocated against clear deliverables. Develop and maintain DME tracking reports, ensuring investment phasing, spending commitments, and budget utilization remain on track
• Provide value chain analysis, business case evaluation, and financial support for HSTC innovation initiatives, including new product launches, flavor extensions, reformulations, and other growth projects
• Develop and maintain management dashboards that provide clear visibility of marketing investments, spending trends

 

Qualifications & Requirements

• Agile way of learning and working with strong curiosity to business
• Demonstrated experience in driving transformation, innovation and/or change initiatives
• Experience of influencing and managing internal & external stakeholders include MKT, Commercial, Franchise, Strategy team and Bottler Fin team
• Minimum of 8 years of financial analysis experience in business finance area in FMCG industry
• Proven strong teamwork and collaboration skill
• Proficiency in GAAP, solid financial analytical skills and business acumen
