Qualitrol combines the autonomy and breadth of a focused global business with the resources, standard methodologies, and career opportunities available across Ralliant.
Your Impact
As Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead Qualitrol's global marketing strategy and execution, turning business, customer, and commercial priorities into focused marketing programs that strengthen our brand, generate demand, and support growth.
You will build and run the marketing & communication engine that connects our product strategy, market segments, commercial priorities, and customer engagement. This role is responsible for translating complex electrical infrastructure solutions into clear market-facing messages, integrated campaigns, product launches, events, trade shows, digital content, and sales enablement that help customers understand our value and help the commercial team win.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and operationalize Qualitrol's marketing strategy and execution, translating business, product, and commercial priorities into focused plans, campaigns, and measurable outcomes.
- Use campaign, funnel, website, and other data to establish KPIs, dashboards, performance reviews, insights, and recommended actions.
- Coach and develop the marketing team, establishing clear priorities, ownership, and handoffs while building a high-accountability, continuous-improvement culture.
- Build clear messaging frameworks, value propositions, campaign themes, and customer-facing narratives for priority product lines, customer segments, applications, and growth initiatives.
- Lead product launch communications from brief to execution, including launch plans, core messages, sales tools, web content, email programs, social content, presentations, videos, collateral, webinars, and post-launch measurement.
- Own the event and trade show communications plan, including messaging, booth content, pre-event promotion, customer invitations, sales enablement, speaking support, lead capture coordination, post-event follow-up, and event ROI review.
- Partner with Sales and regional commercial teams to understand customer needs, competitive dynamics, channel priorities, and field feedback, then convert those insights into sharper communications and better enablement.
- Partner with Product Management to translate technical roadmaps, product features, applications, and customer proof points into simple, differentiated, commercially useful messaging.
- Create and manage an integrated content calendar across product launches, segment campaigns, customer stories, thought leadership, website updates, trade show assets, webinars, social media, email, and sales enablement.
- Oversee marketing operations, technology, and performance across HubSpot, Salesforce, website platforms, analytics, and reporting. Partner with Digital Customer Experience, Web Development, Sales Operations, IT, and Ralliant platform owners on integrations, technical issues, enhancements, testing, and release readiness.
- Own the marketing website roadmap, content governance, customer experience, and performance, coordinating publishing and optimization across Makeswift, Hygraph, BigCommerce, and related tools.
- Maintain high standards for message consistency, brand quality, customer relevance, and execution discipline across internal teams, agencies, vendors, and marketing technology platforms.
- Manage the marketing budget across agencies, contractors, software vendors, and marketing technology investments.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of progressive B2B marketing communications experience, preferably within industrial technology, utilities, electrical infrastructure, manufacturing, software, or another technically complex market.
- Experience leading and coaching people, projects, agencies, or cross-functional teams while remaining hands-on in execution.
- Demonstrated ability to develop product messaging, segment campaigns, launch communications, trade show activation, and sales enablement for complex B2B solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms. HubSpot and Salesforce experience is strongly preferred.
- Comfort working across CMS, digital experience, e-commerce, analytics, and reporting platforms. Experience with BigCommerce, Makeswift, or Hygraph is beneficial.
- Experience with paid media, web analytics, audience segmentation, nurture programs, lead scoring, attribution, and conversion optimization.
- Strong writing, editing, storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to simplify technical topics for customers, sales teams, executives, and channel partners.
- Proven operator who can manage briefs, calendars, budgets, agencies, creative reviews, deadlines, handoffs, executive expectations, and post-campaign follow-up with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience marketing technical products, software, or services to utilities, OEMs, industrial customers, or channel partners.
- Familiarity with electrical power, grid modernization, asset monitoring, or condition-based maintenance.
- Experience supporting website migrations, digital experience programs, CRM integrations, e-commerce, or marketing technology transformation.
- Familiarity with continuous-improvement operating systems.
Working Conditions:
- Based in Fairport, New York, with a regular on-site presence.
- Travel for customer engagement, trade shows, business meetings, and collaboration with global teams 10-15% of the time.
- Regular collaboration and coordination across global time zones.
