The SWIFT & Payments platform supports mission-critical global payment processing and financial messaging services. As the organization continues its transformation toward cloud-native architectures, ISO 20022 adoption, and enhanced operational resilience, this role will provide the technical leadership necessary to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable solutions that meet business and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, delivery, and support of SWIFT and payment processing platforms.
• Drive architecture and technical design decisions across strategic initiatives.
• Establish engineering standards, best practices, and operational controls.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise technology and security standards.

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technology solutions.
• Own platform availability, resiliency, and performance.

• Support internal and external audits.
• Maintain strong governance over production changes and operational risk management.

   

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 12+ years of technology experience with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• Experience supporting SWIFT, payments, treasury, or financial messaging solutions.
• Experience with Azure cloud platform and modern DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of ISO 20022, payment networks, and financial industry regulations preferred.

• Willing to learn and support Swift network interface software applications including Linux , cloud hosted and Legacy Tandem applications.
• Knowledge of Swift business is a plus.

Salary Range:

$90,000 - $157,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
