About the location:

• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of all HVAC systems within the property
• Ensure equipment operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with applicable codes and standards
• Respond promptly to service requests and emergency breakdowns
• Inspect evaporator and condenser coils and perform cleaning as needed
• Support overall engineering operations to maintain seamless guest and facility experience
   

• Knowledge and hands-on experience in HVAC systems, including high-efficiency equipment, cooling towers, chillers, heat pumps, DX systems, heat exchangers, hot water boilers, energy management systems, pumps, drivers, and inverters
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Solid understanding of all technical aspects related to HVAC and heating equipment
• Minimum of 2 years of technical training from a nationally accredited program
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial and/or residential HVAC service.
   

• A schedule based on operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A collaborative engineering team committed to high standards of service and efficiency
• A dynamic, fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• A physically active role involving movement throughout the property, including confined mechanical spaces
• Occasional work at heights and exposure to varying environmental conditions
