Installs, maintains, and repairs manufacturing equipment and fixtures. Conducts basic maintenance activities primarily on machinery and related equipment. Maintains repair and maintenance records. Troubleshoots problems and escalates non-routine and complex issues to senior coworkers. Typically has 0-2 years of experience and works under close supervision.

• Conduct PM’s on all production equipment
• Troubleshoot and make repairs to machinery and equipment as needed
• Install and commission new equipment or upgrades to existing equipment
• Assist engineering with programming PLC’s, Motor Drives and MMI’s
• Conduct safety checks and inspections
• Fabricate and/or machine parts as needed

Qualifications/Experience

• Operate manual lathe and manual milling machine
• Basic electrical wiring
• Basic knowledge of machine repair and preventive maintenance
• Welding experience (MIG)
• Basic math skills
• Basic knowledge of programming machinery and/or PLC’s
