Overview

Responsible for safely performing preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment throughout the facility. This position maintains the reliability and integrity of both rotating and fixed equipment, including pumps, agitators, heat exchangers, piping systems, valves, tanks, and associated process equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general plant maintenance activities such as replacing valves, pipefitting, pulling heat exchanger heads for testing/repair
• Responsible for performing preventative maintenance activities and troubleshooting equipment issues
• Perform repairs on various types of rotating equipment such as centrifugal pumps, agitators, liquid ring vacuum pumps, and dry screw vacuum pumps
• Disassemble, refurbish, and reinstall various types of centrifugal pumps
• Work safely and follow all company EHS policies and procedures
• Maintain proper documentation in SAP and plant equipment files

Qualifications

Successful candidates will have the following:

Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years' experience in plant maintenance
• Must be able to perform heavy lifting and function in a confined space

Preferred

• Welding experience is a plus
• Pipefitter experience is a plus
• Millwright experience is a plus

The expected compensation range for this position is between $58,030.00 and $85,107.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
