We are looking for an experienced corporate secretary with a solid background in corporate governance. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will bring your expertise and skills to tackle the challenges that impact millions of people on our journey to become the No.1 food platform in Thailand.
What you’ll Do:
- Act as a key liaison between the board, the executives, and other stakeholders of LINE MAN Wongnai and its group companies.
- Organize and facilitate board and committee meetings, including preparing and distributing meeting agendas, materials, and minutes of LINE MAN Wongnai and its group companies.
- Provide comprehensive legal and regulations governing company business and the company’s procedures, monitor compliance regularly, and report any significant changes to the board committee.
- Manage corporate filings, records, and documentation while ensuring the safe storage and accessibility of important corporate information.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance principles, regulations, and best practices.
What you’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Minimum 7 years’ work experience with minimum 3 years’ work experience in company secretary field (listed company is preferable).
- In-depth knowledge of SEC/SET, securities laws, regulations, and corporate governance principles.
- Fluent command of English with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills especially in attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
