IT Governance & M365 Compliance Specialist
Für unseren Kunden, ein öffentlich-rechtlicher Energiedienstleister aus Bern, suchen wir eine:n IT Governance & M365 Compliance Specialist
**Deine Aufgaben:**
- Analyse und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Microsoft-365-Sicherheits- und Governance-Architektur
- Durchführung von Security Gap Analysen sowie Definition einer Zero-Trust-Governance-Baseline
- Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Governance- und Compliance-Frameworks für Microsoft 365
- Definition und Umsetzung von Conditional Access Policies, MFA, DLP-Standards, Retention Policies sowie Sensitivity Labels in Microsoft Purview
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Audit Logging und SIEM-Integration mit Microsoft Sentinel
- Entwicklung von Governance-Prozessen für neue M365-Features sowie Copilot-/AI-Services
- Bewertung von AI- und Data-Exposure-Risiken im Microsoft-Copilot-Umfeld
- Etablierung von Governance-Boards, Rollenmodellen (RACI) und Freigabeprozessen
- Durchführung von Security Reviews, Risikoanalysen und Audit-Support
- Erstellung von Schulungs- und Awareness-Konzepten im Bereich sichere M365- und AI-Nutzung
**Dein Profil:**
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Microsoft 365 Governance, Security & Compliance
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Microsoft Purview und Microsoft Sentinel
- Erfahrung mit Zero-Trust-Architekturen sowie Identity & Access Management
- Know-how in den Bereichen DLP, Sensitivity Labels, Retention Policies und Compliance Frameworks
- Erfahrung im Aufbau von Governance- und Betriebsprozessen im Enterprise-Umfeld
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Microsoft Copilot / AI Governance von Vorteil
- Strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
