## Tasks
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings and conducting initial screenings.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure a positive work environment.
- Manage employee records and handle administrative tasks like payroll and benefits administration.
- Provide support for employee relations issues and help resolve workplace conflicts.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably within the technology sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite for managing employee databases and reports.
- Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
