Description
A well-established leading company based outside of York is looking for an experienced, highly motivated multi-skilled maintenance engineer to join the business. Preferably with experience from a manufacturing or distribution sector background. This is a varied role, over a large site with a dynamic, friendly environment.
The successful Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for:
- Carry out electro-mechanical maintenance across a wide range of plant and equipment
- Respond to breakdowns and complete repairs in a timely manner
- Support servicing, inspection and calibration of equipment
- Work across automated storage and warehouse systems
- Ensure all work is completed in line with HSE, fire and site safety standards
- Use CMMS systems to log and track maintenance activity
- Work collaboratively with engineering and operations teams
