Salary Range: Up to ₱40,000
Work Setup: Onsite
Shift Schedule: Day Shift
Location: Taguig City
The role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Officer who will oversee the company’s day-to-day accounting and financial operations, with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting, taxation, payroll, and compliance processes.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Handle billing and invoicing of clients
- Monitor accounts receivable and collections
- Process payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement
- Prepare and file BIR returns and ensure tax compliance
- Coordinate bank-related transactions and requirements
- Assist in audit preparations and statutory compliance requirements
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and government regulations
- Support management with financial analysis and reporting as needed
What we're looking for:
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Open to newly licensed CPAs / fresh board passers
- Knowledgeable in Philippine taxation, BIR filings, and statutory compliance
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems/software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity
