Dedicated CDL-A Regional Driver – Home Weekly – $1,672/Wk Average ($320/Load Unload Pay)
Looking for a steady regional route where you can stay active, get home every week, and earn great money? Our dedicated retail fleet out of Cowpens, SC is adding dedicated solo drivers! You'll deliver dry freight across the Southeast (SC, NC, GA, AL, TN, KY, VA, WVA, and OH). Expect roughly 3 multi-stop loads per week (avg 3 stops/load), hand-unloading freight using roller conveyors.
Pay & Bonuses:
- Weekly Average: $1,672/week ($86,962 annualized)
- Top Earners: $2,020/week ($105,023 annualized)
- Mileage Pay: 70¢ to 84¢ CPM (based on experience)
- Unload Pay: $320 per load (averaging 3 loads/week)
- Mentor Training: 5-day mentor period paid at $175/day for experienced drivers
- Summer Retention Bonus: Earn up to $2,000 per bonus period!
Schedule & Parking:
- Work Schedule: Sun–Fri or Mon–Sat shift.
- Home Time: Guaranteed 34-hour weekly reset (Fri night/Sat or Sat night/Sun).
- Estimated Mileage: ~1,004 miles per week.
- Equipment Parking: Parking available in Cowpens, SC. Drivers living further out can take equipment home if parked in a secure location.
Background & Driver Requirements:
- License & Medical: Valid Class A CDL with a current DOT Medical Card.
- Minimum Experience: 3+ months of verifiable Class A CDL experience required.
- Driving Record (MVR): Clean driving record with no major violations (DUI, reckless driving) in the past 3 years.
- Drug & Background Check: Must pass pre-employment DOT drug screening, Clearinghouse check, and employment history verification.
- Experience: CDL-A experience required (reefer experience preferred).
- Location & Shift: Must live within hiring areas (120 mi of Mount Airy, NC; 50 mi of Lexington, KY; 25 mi of Roanoke, VA; 50 mi of Knoxville, TN; or 50 mi of Chattanooga, TN). Must have reliable personal transport and be comfortable with roller conveyor hand-unloading.
