Summary:
As a Product Management Lead, a typical day involves shaping and advancing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with organizational goals. This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to gather insights and build strong partnerships. The position also includes coordinating closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of products that meet market demands, while continuously adapting plans to respond to evolving business needs and technological advancements. The role demands a proactive approach to managing priorities and fostering collaboration across multiple functions to drive successful product outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to align product development with business objectives.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team to optimize processes and outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of cost controlling and financial reporting within SAP environments.
- Experience in integrating SAP CO modules with other enterprise resource planning components.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Skilled in managing product lifecycle and coordinating with technical teams for implementation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
