Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. This role is essential in supporting the operations of a $1.5M book of business, primarily focused on construction accounts. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations/Account Manager, the CSR will handle a variety of tasks, including certificates, invoices, and data entry.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Process certificates, invoices, and data entry with accuracy and efficiency.
- Support the Account Manager in quoting new business and renewals.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
- Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred.
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Outgoing personality with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Patience and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
