Commercial Lines Service Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and professional Commercial Lines Service Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is integral to maintaining strong relationships between producers and clients, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in commercial lines account management and possess a Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 per year
- Travel: No travel required
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between producers and clients, ensuring professional and effective communication
- Manage a portfolio of small market commercial lines accounts (under $20,000)
- Handle daily account management tasks, including quoting new and renewal business
- Utilize EPIC software to manage client accounts and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain and strengthen client relationships
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines account management is highly preferred
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is a plus
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Work Eligibility: Must be based in Virginia or North Carolina; candidates in Richmond, VA must be open to a hybrid work arrangement
