Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for a specific platform, product, or engagement. This role requires defining solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability. The position demands a thoughtful approach to creating architectures that align with business goals while ensuring robust and efficient system operations. Collaboration with various stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs is a key part of daily activities, along with continuous evaluation and refinement of technology strategies to support evolving needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of architectural frameworks that support business objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
- Continuously assess emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of platform architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and provide effective architectural recommendations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on cross-team collaboration.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and service-oriented architecture concepts.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
