The Manager, Leadership & Learning is responsible for designing and delivering leadership and capability‑building initiatives that strengthen supply chain performance, enable transformation, and support a high‑performing, future‑ready organization. This role partners closely with global supply chain leaders, HR, and transformation teams to ensure leadership and learning solutions align with enterprise priorities and business outcomes. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead the design and execution of leadership and learning strategies that support Global Supply Chain strategy, transformation initiatives, and operational excellence. 

• Partner with Supply Chain Strategy & Transformation leaders to identify capability gaps and translate them into targeted learning and development solutions. 

• Develop and deliver global leadership programs, workshops, and learning pathways aligned to current and future supply chain needs. 

• Manage learning initiatives across regions, ensuring consistency while allowing for local business and cultural considerations. 

• Measure effectiveness of leadership and learning programs using defined metrics and adjust approaches to maximize impact. 

• Collaborate with HR, Talent, and external partners to integrate best practices and innovative learning approaches. 

• Support change management and transformation efforts by embedding learning into strategic programs and initiatives. 

Qualifications 

Education 

• Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Supply Chain, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field). 

• Master’s degree (MBA, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or related field) preferred. 

Experience and Skills 

Required: 

• Minimum of 6–8 years of progressive experience in leadership development, learning, organizational development, or a related field, ideally within supply chain, operations, or a complex global organization. 

• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering leadership and learning programs that support business strategy and transformation. 

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams. 

• Experience working in a global or matrixed environment. 

Preferred: 

• Experience supporting large‑scale transformation or change initiatives within supply chain or operations. 

• Familiarity with adult learning principles, leadership frameworks, and learning technologies. 

• Experience collaborating with external vendors or consultants on learning solutions. 

• Background in a regulated industry (medical device, pharmaceutical, or similar). 

• Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills. 

Other: 

• Language: English required; additional languages preferred but not required. 

• Travel: Limited; 20% - 30%, including occasional international travel. 

• Certifications: Leadership development, coaching, or learning certifications preferred.
