Job Description:
This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.

Job Profile Summary

This job is responsible for driving the delivery and execution of the FRTB Regulatory Program to implement technology changes and ensure compliance with mandates for Market Data.

Partner with Business and Technology teams to define and implement target state business processes for pre-trade, trade capture, and deal booking with improved data quality and completeness for Front Office as well as Enterprise Consumers.. – Responsible for the requirements, analysis and documentation of the new FRTB IMA Requirements. Align Business requirements to technical specification and partner with development teams to ensure all requirements have been met. – Implement adoption plan for all consumers that aligns with the regulatory requirements across strategic and legacy flows. Ensure proper program governance for testing and audit documentation is followed. – Establish stakeholder relationship. Responsible for partnership, tracking, and delivery execution of all adoption workstreams. Enforce single, cross-asset treatment across all lines of business within downstream processes.

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program. Communicates the work objectives, coordinates delivery, manages risks, ensures compliance to standards, and provides end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables. Ensures execution and delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost. Coordinates and facilitates routines to support delivery – e.g. kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc. Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies with across multiple teams. Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables. Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline. Gathers/facilitates status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule. Ensures that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders. Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards. Supports resource planning for delivery/execution. Individual Contributor.

Responsibilities:

• Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.)

• Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams

• Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline

• Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule

• Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements

• Supports resource planning for delivery and execution

• Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience supporting Trading Desks, Functional Partners such as Finance, Ops, Market Risk, and associated technology systems

• The individual demonstrates an understanding of customer’s goals and effectively participates in the development and implementation of business solutions.

• Effectively manages project risk. Coordinates the work efforts of multiple functional teams through a project plan.

• Manages basic scope control procedures.

• Develops documentation; monitors and reports project status; assesses the effectiveness and accuracy of documentation.

• Initiates and maintains reporting relationships with project stakeholders.

• Analyzes and reports project status. Monitors project performance to maintain the quality of services, deliverables, and content.

• Solid understanding of Fixed Income, Credit, Commodities (FICC) and Equities OTC derivative products.

• Effectively assists in directing both internal and external resources to achieve business solutions within project guidelines.

• Collaborates and communicates with other project managers and development leaders to coordinate cross-project initiatives and activities.

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$78,200.00 - $157,800.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
